Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order is packed by hand and shipped from our base in Melbourne, VIC. We deliver Australia-wide.

Dispatch times

Most in-stock orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day after that.

Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives with us. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, email us and we'll let you know how it will be sent.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $150. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking details where available.

Packaging

Every order is boxed and padded so corners and seals arrive sharp.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, email hello@pokidokiau.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit. See our Return and refund policy for details.

Address changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order is dispatched.
